Incite Films Posters
Incite Films is the project of Mohammad Homouda, a British filmmaker focusing on Egypt. When their documentaries started hitting festivals, they asked us to follow up on our earlier branding work with some posters. The first film, Manicure, was about two poor men who worked as manicurists for the Egyptian upper class. The second was about the practice of the Egyptian Christian community tattooing young children with a cross to show their faith. The Egyptian word for the tattoo machine, "hammer," paired with the placement of the cross signifying Christ's crucifiction was the inspiration for the poster.
